KSU Journey Honors College Study Abroad

The KSU Journey Honors offers highly motivated and academically talented students the opportunity to participate in intellectual challenges; enhanced academic experiences; and community engagement, leadership, and global activities to support their development as individuals and contributing members of their various communities.

Study Abroad enhances a student’s educational experience by expanding their worldview, improving intercultural competency skills, honing communication skills, and encouraging them to grow as individuals. In our increasingly global society, travel and understanding one’s neighbor is essential to success. Yet not all our students have the means to travel.

With 38% of our students seeking to become first-generation college graduates, the financial need weighs heavy. At this time, we have over 50 students requesting aid for travel.

You can provide transformational experiences by helping our KSU Journey Honors College Students travel to places such as Costa Rica or Montepulciano, Italy. Help us reach our goal of $7,500 and provide much-needed support to our students.
