Help Kennesaw State Lacrosse Team Travel to London

Thank you so much for taking the time to support our Women's Lacrosse Program!

Kennesaw State women’s lacrosse has steadily improved from its humble beginnings in the 2013 and 2014 seasons, going from a pair of one-win seasons in those years to a school-record 11 victories in 2022. That came under seventh-year head coach Laura Maness, as she has guided the Owls to three top-three conference finishes in the ASUN over the past four years, including a school-record 3-2 record in 2022. Among the highlights of this past year was the first-ever win over a Power Five team when the Owls took down Oregon from the Pac-12 Conference. 

The Owls have had several players shine in their time at Kennesaw, most notably Siena Gore, who recently graduated as the Owls’ first-ever All-American, as well as numerous other awards and recognitions and school and conference season and career records.

Our program is excited to have the opportunity to travel abroad to London in Summer 2023 to play friendly international games. This trip will blend all that we love in lacrosse, game competition, and enrich our athletes' college experience with different cultural experiences.

Day 1:Travel Day

Day 2: Meet tour guide, take guided tour of London, including admission to Tower of London

Day 3: Free time to tour and sightsee around London 

Day 4: Game 1 and Game 2 with free time afterwards 

Day 5: Games 3 and 4 with free time afterwards 

Day 6: Breakfast to go and a full day of touring Paris, France. 

Day 7: Breakfast, transfer to Oxford with full tour including Oxford University, and farewell team dinner

Day 8: Return to Atlanta 

We will have 8 days with a tour guide and full experience of tourism, culture and competition. Valued at $2,630/person.

Donations from this fundraising campaign will go towards costs associated with our trip to London. A portion of this trip has already been funded and we are close to our overall goal.
